Most machines that do not use a thermal carafe, have a tacky plastic carafe with a heated base that leads to the coffee to lose taste at an uncomfortably quick rate. Heating factor creates an irritating bleep when the heating cycle finishes.The drinking water reservoir only has a 4 x 3 inch opening for pouring h2o into, this may well not be thought to be these a large by some, but it does mean you have to pour a minor bit slower when filling the tank... and this is a fairly tank!Previously mentioned factors aside, there are plenty of redeeming attributes that make this Cuisinart DCC-2200 value a nearer look.It does develop a cup of coffee that rivals any coffee shop. There is exactly where we transfer onto the value of the device, which by most people's specifications is a minor on the expensive aspect, but we have to consider how significantly we would be paying if went to the coffee store every day.
